Tell us what you feel like
A short call, a voice note, or the inquiry form. We are not asking for dates and airports first — we want to know the mood, the occasion, and the kind of energy you are looking for at the end of the trip.
From first message to return home — five steps, one architect, no handoffs. This is what working with Milvus looks like.
How we workFrom brief to return home
A short call, a voice note, or the inquiry form. We are not asking for dates and airports first — we want to know the mood, the occasion, and the kind of energy you are looking for at the end of the trip.
A single person takes your brief and holds it from this moment to your return. They begin reading the route — not filling a template. You will know their name before anything is sketched.
A first itinerary — routes, properties, pacing, signature moments — lands in your inbox. Nothing is booked, nothing is committed. This is a proposal for you to react to, not accept.
Swap a property. Shift a night. Add a long, unhurried lunch in the middle. Most trips go through two or three rounds before the route feels right. There is no charge for iterations.
Your architect is reachable while you are away. If weather, a flight, or your energy shifts, we adapt in real time. Not the next morning. Not through a call centre.
What you can count on
Your architect remains your sole contact from first message to final thank-you. No transfers, no introductions to someone new mid-trip.
We sketch before we commit. You see the full shape of the trip — properties, pacing, moments — before anything is held or paid for.
When something moves — a flight, the weather, your mood — we respond in the same day, not by reading a policy document.

Common questions
Two working days for a first sketch. Most clients go through two or three rounds of iteration before the route feels right — that process typically takes one to two weeks total.
No. The first sketch is free and non-binding. Nothing is booked until you explicitly approve it. You can read the full itinerary, ask for changes, and walk away at any point before booking.
The typical investment starts at USD 8,000 per traveller per week, depending on the region and properties. That figure covers our composition fee and all ground arrangements. Flights are handled separately. We are transparent about costs from the first sketch.
Yes — and we prefer it. A short call before the formal inquiry is the fastest way to know if we are the right fit. Use the inquiry form and note that you would like to speak first.
The road there is the trip. The destination is just where it ends.
A short note is enough. We will read it carefully and answer within two working days.
