Terms
These terms cover your use of the Milvus Travel app and website, and the journeys we compose for you.
Who we are
Milvus Travel is a boutique travel house. When you travel with us, you enter into a contract with Milvus Travel FZ LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates.
What we promise
We promise to compose your journey with care, to be reachable during it, and to fix what we can fix when things move. We do not guarantee weather, visas, or the goodwill of third parties — but we will stand with you through all of them.
Your part of the deal
To let us do good work:
- Give us accurate information — names as they appear on passports, dates that match your plans.
- Keep your account credentials private. Treat the app like a house key.
- Use our services for lawful travel only.
Prices and payments
Prices are quoted per traveller in your chosen currency. A retainer secures design time; the balance is due on a schedule we agree in writing before booking. Exchange rates move — we reserve the right to re-quote before confirmation.
Changes and cancellations
Life happens. We will work with you to change or cancel, passing on any non-refundable costs our partners have already incurred. Our fees are set out in your booking letter.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything the law does not let us limit. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at what you paid us for the journey in question.
Intellectual property
The words, photographs, and design on our site and app are ours. Enjoy them — please do not republish them without asking.
Law and forum
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre. Disputes go to the DIFC courts, with the exception of small-claims matters which may go to a local court where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we will notify you by email before your next journey. Continued travel with us means you accept the updated terms.
